Beautiful styles that are made well, however, most of the garments run super small and super long. They're made for young ladies not so much for mature figures. I had a very hard time finding a satisfactory replacement dress after ordering numerous times. The return policy for merchandise credit only will keep me from risking another purchase. I still have some credit left that I will never get back.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a dress in size large due to sizing guide and reviews. I ended up needing to size up to an XL. The large was a zipper closure so I was surprised when the XL came and was just a slip on (no zipper). It also came with a 4inch rip in it. When I reached out they said they would send a replacement. That never happened. Very dissatisfied with fit, quality and service

Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’ll start by saying I’m to blame for not reading the fine print stating no refunds on returns. I’ve placed 5+ orders trying to use my store credit and every time I sent stuff back because the fit was horrible. They don’t differentiate which clothes are their BB brand and which are other brands so the sizing is all over the place. Their plus size options are a joke; my 40DDD boobs didn’t fit in anything. I wear a size 12 jeans and a L top and had to order a 1X/2X in a long CARDIGAN. like what?! Quality is hit or miss. Save yourself the energy and shop elsewhere.

I love the product in general, but my most recent dress was a little off. Not enough to return it and try again (I just needed a dress for a wedding), but it doesn't fit as well as other products I've tried.

I like some of your dresses. I find that the sizing can be really different depending on style and it makes it hard to order. I really dislike the credit only for refund and would just like my money back at this point as I am tired of buying things that don’t fit and returning them

BEWARE!! This company does NOT refund returns in the original form of payment. I bought multiple dresses for a wedding, kept one and returned the rest. All still had tags and weren’t worn. They only give store credits.

Beautiful dresses with fast shipping. Colors from different order dates matched perfectly for bridesmaids.

I returned multiple expensive items and never received my refund. I sent many, many emails with no answer and reached out to customer support multiple times.

I ordered a dress that arrived with a discoloration on it, possibly a deodorant stain/mark. And when I notified Baltic Born not only did the company apologize but they issued a replacement order which arrived within a few days. I was impressed with the level of customer service and also their level of striving for customer satisfaction. The second dress arrived flawlessly and it is one of my favorite wedding dress attendee gowns yet. I will check back for more dresses for future weddings!

Beautiful dress. I wore it for our engagement photos and got endless compliments. Baltic Born makes clothes that are body type inclusive and gorgeous. Great price. I am a lifetime customer.

I've bought 4 dresses from them for various weddings and events. Love them all. Very flattering cuts. I recommend them to anyone looking for a formal dress that isn't super expensive. Just be sure to read the return policy before ordering.

Sizing runs significantly small. Inclusivity is not in this brand’s values. The quality of each fabric is no greater than Shein or something off of Amazon. Clothes desperately need steamed upon arrival. What you see in the photos is not at all what you get.

They have the best dresses. Beautiful and good quality. I always get complements whenever I wear their dresses and I have many of them.

I was stupid and did not check out the return policy. I purchased several dresses for a wedding. I knew I would return what didn't work. Time comes to return and you only get store credit. I now have $600+ worth of credit and I am having a hard time trying to use it. The quality of the clothes is not great and the pricing is absolutely ridiculous. I have used $200 of credit so far, unfortunately I'm not happy with any of the pieces I got...
